Mercy Seat Dentistry is a family dental practice in Bluffton, IN that features state-of-the-art equipment offering the latest in dental technology. This practice was named "Mercy Seat Dentistry" to reflect the patient philosophy of the owner, Nkechi A. Wan, DDS, which is "to deliver care in a humane, friendly and comfortable environment with the goal of a lifetime of oral health for all patients".

Mercy Seat Dentistry offers oral surgery and tooth extraction, along with endodontics, implantology and restoration of implant-supported crowns and dentures. Fixed and removable prosthodontic offerings will include crowns, bridges, dentures and partials.  Operative dentistry, including placement of composite restorations, and periodontics for the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal health and disease,

Your Doctor

Dr. Nkechi A. Wan, DDS, is a Fort Wayne dentist who has worked in the dental field for 30 years, seven of them locally. She completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at the University of the Pacific’s Arthur Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, Calif. She previously had achieved a bachelor’s degree in dental surgery from the University of Ibadan. 

In addition to all aspects of general dentistry and children’s dentistry, Dr. Wan offers oral conscious sedation dentistry (including the use of nitrous oxide), orthodontics using Invisalign and Orthotain appliances for straightening teeth without braces.

Dr. Wan is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, and the Isaac Knapp Dental Society. She is married to Pastor Rotimi Wan, who is affiliated with Adonai Bible Centers.
